I lost 10 lbs in 10 days!! Definitely, not easy at all but mind or matter. I think the smoothie recipes are very yummy!. I wanted to cry on day 3 and 4, but I pushed thru it and loving life and myself today. I snacked on raw nuts, carrots w/ no sugar or salt added peanut butter (1 tps) and only ate boil eggs (max 2 a day). I also did not feel the need for the added stevia, the fruits has enough sweetener to me. I want to lose at least 30-50 pounds. I am a naturally curvy woman and have never been overweight.
